There are a variety of "spinner" type targets out there on the market, but Salute's is unique in that it incorporates our proven base stand and vertical upright. It also has a weighted arm (to assure returning to the vertical) & safety deflection plates. The angled plates also insure the utmost safety in deflecting bullet splatter, an asset in all Salute targets. For shotgun or carbine training on these, it is highly recommended that the base be staked down (holes are drilled in the forward "H" arms & 12" spikes are available from Salute) or weighed down with sandbags to minimize "jumping" of the base. This system also happens to be extremely popular with female shooters!
